Served as Contract Product Manager for the implementation of Manhattan WMOS and Savoye WES at a 1.2M sq. ft. greenfield warehouse. Oversaw functional requirements for highly automated systems and ensured smooth go-live transitions. 

Lennox

BKD Nexify managed the implementation of Manhattan WMOS at multiple Lennox facilities, as well as a pilot project for SAP EWM. The project included coordinating efforts across IT, operations, transportation, external consultants, and software vendors to ensure seamless execution. 

 Key Contributions:

• Budget Oversight: Managed a CapEx budget exceeding $2 million, ensuring accurate forecasting and expenditure tracking.
• Project Management: Developed and executed detailed project plans, including facility site preparation and WMS implementation timelines.
• Design & Configuration: Directed the design, process mapping, configuration, and integration of Manhattan WMOS with SAP ERP, TMS, and other external systems.
• Operational Planning: Collaborated with distribution teams to create layouts and operational plans focused on materials flow, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Performance Metrics: Designed key operational metrics with offshore teams to monitor warehouse performance on daily, weekly, and monthly levels.
• Executive Reporting: Presented project status updates, addressing risks, resources, and budgets to executive leadership.

HEB

Supported the rollout of EXE WMS across 18 distribution centers in Texas and Mexico, covering over 4,000 associates and 4.5 million square feet  of warehouse space. Led system configuration, functional testing, and end-to-end process optimization of EXE WMS over 4 year enagement.
